We decided to provide you with some great information to make your scheduling and appointment wonderful!
Appointments are available Tuesday through Saturday. Please call for an appointment or use our on-line scheduling service.
If calling, please leave a clear detailed message and repeat your number twice if possible
For driving directions please consider using Google; our address is 7850 Vance Drive, Suite #110, Arvada, CO 80003. Cross streets are Wadsworth and 80th.
We must have your Groupon at time of appointment. We will not be able to render any services without it.
At the time of your reservation booking, please notify the receptionist that you are redeeming your Groupon and have the voucher number available!
24 hour cancellation is required; or you may be considered a no show and thus forfeiting your Groupon. You may allow someone else to take your scheduled appointment but we have to adhere to the policy. Only one (1) cancellation/change is allowed before the 24-hour period, any more than that forfeits your Groupon.
Your Groupon is valid until March 11, 2013, therefore, we can’t commit to certain days or times only the dates and times that are available on a first come first serve basis of appointments available.
The services you are getting are offered at an amazing rate, however, we are not discounting your service, therefore gratuity should be based on the actual cost of the service. We don’t make our clients pay a mandatory rate for gratuity, but like most spas, we ask you to consider that proper gratuity is anywhere between 15%-20% of the service and more if you like.
Gratuity must be in the form of cash and paid directly to your aesthetician.
